Choice of day delivery is available for in-stock items. For backorder items, we'll contact you to arrange delivery once received in our warehouse.

Orders with stairs (3+ steps) and no lift will use our premium 2-person service. Once dispatched, you'll receive a text the night before with a 2-hour delivery window and live tracking updates on the day. Deliveries are scheduled between 7am - 7pm.

Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands may be subject to additional charges. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
